 PHILA POST, a quarterly
magazine, is an initiative of the
Philatelic Congress of India in
conjunction with the Philatelic Advisory
Committee, Ministry of Communications,
Department of Posts, Gov’t of India. L.B.
Associates (Pvt) Ltd of Noida, Delhi
NCR, UP, India has been retained to
produce and circulate the magazine.
A first of its kind in India, PHILA POST
focuses on all aspects of philately
under the following headings: Modern
Philately; International Philately News;
Advanced Philately; and, Learning
Philately. Editions of the magazine also
include coverage on First Day Cover,
Commemorative Stamp and Miniature Sheet
releases of the previous quarter, as
well as tentative releases in coming
quarters. Each edition will be a
collectors’ item in itself.
