PHILA POST is available to philatelists worldwide through annual subscription. Persons subscribing before the end of the first quarter of 2009 (i.e. 31 Mar ’09) will also obtain the inaugural (Oct-Dec 2008) edition, thus making their set complete.

Subscription Rates: The cover price of each edition is Rs 10/- (US$0.20), therefore an annual subscription costs Rs 40/- (US$0.80), but we have to add mailing costs for the year and this differs substantially between subscribers residing in India and International subscribers.
  

You reside in India: The total cost (including shipping) for a resident of India is Rs 80/- (US$1.60). This includes 4 editions.

You reside outside of India: The total cost (including shipping) for International subscribers is US$8.97. This includes 4 editions.
